This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase to procure and provide restoration, repair and upgrades for the Varian M6 and M9. VJ Technologies possess the proprietary safety wiring, and operating software and hardware knowledge to keep the systems operational. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete
this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
