The 48^th Contracting Squadron, RAF Lakenheath/RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom seeks commercial sources for a Service Musician for the RAF Mildenhall Protestant Parish. The contractor shall provide musical accompaniment prior to, during and after the Contemporary Service. The Service Musician will work in unison with the RAF Mildenhall Protestant Music Director and the Chaplain in charge of the service to provide music for Worship Services, rehearsals, special services. The contractor shall plan and coordinate music with the Protestant Music Director and Chaplain in charge of the service.

The contractor shall be responsible for all necessary licenses or certifications to operate legally in the United Kingdom. The period of performance shall be for one (1) year, from 15 September 2016 to 17 September 2017  (Base year) as well as for one (1) Option Year (2017-2018). The period of performance is anticipated to begin 16 September 2016. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) for award consideration. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110-Religious Organizations.
