The National Gallery of Art, (NGA), intends to enter into a sole source contract with American Science and Engineering, Inc. of Woburn, MA for service, maintenance and repair of a total of eight (8) NGA owned x-ray/scanner machines  including Gemini II inspection system, M101 Modular x-ray and Model 66 System.  If there are no responses to this special notice of intent by COB August 20, 2013, the NGA will begin the procurement action to establish a multi-year contract with the company identified above for the services described.  Inquires and/or notification of ability to provide the services sought are to be addressed to: Dean Koepp, Contracting Officer National Gallery of Art/APC, 2000 B South Club Drive, Lanover, MD 20785, tele 202-842-6402, email [email protected].
