UW-Milwaukee requests bids to furnish labor and material for the servicing of non-refrigerated and refrigerated restaurant equipment including but not limited to dishwashers, refrigerators/freezers - both walk in and reach in, merchandisers, ovens - convection, conveyor and standard, steamers, fryers, ice machines and heated cabinets - gas fired and electric, coolers/freezers, ice machines, ovens, stoves, steamers, woks, broilers and flat top grills. All of the equipment is name brand -including but not limited to - Vulcan, True, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Lincoln, Federal and Alto Sham.
