The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Dairy and Functional Foods Research Unit (DFF) in Wyndmoor, PA, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with PALL Advanced Separation Systems in Port Washington, NY to furnish, deliver (FOB) Destination a Separation System. The instrument will be used to process dairy products. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.  A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).  This announcement constitutes the only notice issued.  The NAICS is 423830.
