source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition

Procedures to 14600 Myford Road Irvine, CA 92606. NAICS Code is 334519 and Meggitt/Endevco , Inc. 4632 36th Street Orlando, Florida 3288. NAICS Code is 334513 and Business Size standard is 500.

 The contractor shall provide the following:

Sensor, accelerometer, meggit, 100 g range, Mdl: 7265A - 20 each

Sensor, accelerometer, meggit, 20 range, Mdl: 7265A-HS - 10 each

Sensor, accelerometer, meggit, 20 g range, Mdl: 7265A-HSM8 - 12 each

Shipping

The accelerometers  will be utilized to  sense motion and convert movement to an electrical signal proportional to the acceleration of the movement.

details as to why this action is being negotiated solely with Endevco , Cage Code: 52681.

There are no solicitation documents; however, contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete

technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's

requirement. Vendors who are not registered in System For Award Management (SAM) database prior to award

will not be considered. Vendors may register with SAM by going on via the web to https://www.sam.gov.

Responses must be received no later than 10:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, 1 September 2020. Responses should

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all

responses received by the response date stated above. A determination by the Government not to compete this

acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information

received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
