NSN: 1430-01-180-2070-End Application:  20F MISSILE, MAVERICK AGM-65A.  This solicitation will contain one NSN for a SENSING UNIT, RATE, G.  This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a firm fixed priced buy with no option for a qty 10 ea.  This is a 2B item source controlled approved sources of supply, Raytheon Electronic Systems Inc, CAGE: 04164, Part Number 257545-5 and Northrop Grumman Corp Precision, CAGE: 88932, Part Number 67514-304.  This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, Delivery: 198 days ARO.   Surge and Sustainment is not required as validated in IBMS on March 21, 2011. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 7, 2011.  The anticipated award date is June 9, 2011.

Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered.  In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror's product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
