Reference Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-0323 for NSNs: 6340-00-628-2662, 06F, Hercules C-130 Aircraft, Sensing Element, part number 700120, Delivery 89 days ARO and NSN 6340-01-182-0533, 55N, Harrier AV-8B Aircraft, Sensing Element, part number 70051200-4, Delivery -108 days ARO. Approved source): Kidde Technologies, CAGE 61423. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for these NSNs. These NSNs are critical application item and commercial items. FAR Part 12 for Commercial Acquisition applies. Configuration Control applies to NSN 6340-00-628-2662. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus two option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 434 each for NSN 6340-00-628-2662 and 50 each for NSN 6340-01-182-0533. The Guaranteed Minimum quantities are 109 each and 13 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all two option years. Surge and Sustainment is not applicable for this acquisition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
