DISA/DITCO intends to issue a sole source contract to Sensage Inc., 1400 Bridge Parkway, Redwood City, CA 94065. This acquisition is for a new procurement effort for procure Brand Name SenSage Log Aggregation
Software which includes the Scalable Log Server (SLS) Database, Data Collectors, Interfaces and Installation/Configuration for DISA PEO/MA.  Sensage Inc. has proprietary rights to the software code for the Sensage software products associated with this requirement and is the only known source that can provide these products.  No other vendor or distributor can legally obtain access to the software, and no other vendor can make duplicate copies since it is protected by copyright and patent laws.

The period of performance will be one year from date of award.  The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must request a copy of the solicitation via email to [email protected].  Responses are due by 5:00 P.M. (Central Time) on 03 August 2011.  The resultant contract will be firm fixed price.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered.  The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.
