The City of Bowie requests proposals for the supply and installation of an 8’ high metal security fence to enclose the rear bus parking lot at the Bowie Senior Center located at 14900 Health Center Drive, Bowie, MD 20716. Specifications and bid documents are available at no cost by emailing your request to Robin Jones ([email protected]). Electronic (pdf) proposals will be received via email to Robin Jones at [email protected] until 2:30 p.m., Thursday, March 10, 2022. The subject line of the email must read PROPOSAL: Bowie Senior Center Bus Lot Security Fence Project. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject all proposals. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 7:30 AM at the site. All questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted by email to Robin Jones at [email protected]. Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Friday, March 4, 2022 to all those who request the RFP.
