This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.  Further in accordance with FAR 13.104 the Drug Enforcement Administration has conducted a competition among a minimum of three offerors.  As a result of this competition and in accordance with FAR 13.106(4) the DEA selected the lowest price quote for award of an order for a quantity of 200 Sendum PT200 with 3600 mAH large batteries, 100 Single Station Chargers for Sendum Batteries, 50 Six-Station Gang Charger for the Batteries, Shipping and Handling.  The lowest quoted price from Omnilink Systems is $128,741.50.

As a result the DEA intends to issue this order to Omnilink Systems.
