This project entails a tenant renovation and retrofit of an existing space on the 14th floor of the Stokes US Courthouse. The project includes demolition, new drywall/steel stud partitions, ceiling grid adjustments and new grid and acoustic tiles, a new kitchenette, millwork, new doors, frames, hardware (Supplied and coordinated through GSA), security (supplied and contracted through GSA and Senate Sergeant at Arms), video conferencing, telecom, power, data, new paint, carpet in select areas, carpet cleaning throughout, and renovations to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
