Answer 3: Yes.
Question 4: What kind of delivery service do you expect for these offices? Can we quote a standard loading dock delivery and then list specific fees for additional services like Inside Delivery, Lift-Gate Service or White Glove Service (unpacking and waste removal)?
Answer 4: Shredders ordered for offices in DC shall include inside delivery to SAA Shipping and Receiving if the shredders weigh less than 100 lbs. Shredders weighing more than 100 lbs. ordered for offices in DC shall include loading dock delivery. Shredders ordered for state offices shall be standard with loading dock delivery. Inside Delivery and Lift-gate service may be quoted as an additional service.
Question 5: How many of each model will you require?
Answer 5: Based on past ordering trends, this is what we'd expect to order in one year:
Shredder 1: 10-20 shredders
Shredder 2: 10-15 shredders
Shredder 3: 5-10 shredders
Shredder 4: 0-5 shredders
Question 6: Will every State office require a new shredder?
Answer 6: No.
Question 7: Is there an estimate of quantity in Washington DC area?
Answer 7: Orders are roughly equally split between DC and state offices.
Question 8: Should we quote supplies as a separate line for each individual shredder?Answer 8: You should indicate what supplies, if any, are included in purchase price. All other supplies should be listed as a separate line for each shredder.
Question 9: Should an Extended Warranty be offered in addition to standard factory warranty to cover parts and labor?
