Approximately 0 to 5 four- to six-color form orders per year. There will be approximately 3,000 to 5,000 copies per order. It is anticipated that an occasional  12 to 32 page saddle-stitch order to be placed for approximately 201,000 to 400,000 copies and  face and back folded forms orders to be placed for the majority for approximately 3,800 to 50,000. There is one order for approximately 1,600 copies and an occasional order for approx. 100,000 to 301,000 copies. Sizes for Format A: 4 x 9" up to and including 6-1/2 x 9/12/".
