This is a single award contract for the period "Date of Award and ending November 30, 2012" for the U.S. Congress. Production area is restricted to a 65-mile radius of zerio milestone (Washington, DC). Specifications cover the production of folded forms and separate cover saddle-stitched publications, requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing in one to six ink colors, binding, packing, and distribution.

GPO QUALITY LEVEL I REQUIRED (PRINTING AND FINISHING ATTRIBUTES)

It is anticipated at this time that approximately 5 to 20 orders will be placed per year. Approximately 1 to 6 four to six-color form orders per year.

Saddle-Stitched publications: Approximately 3,000 to 50,000 copies per order. It is anticipated that an occasional order be placed for approximately 201,000 to 400,000 copies.

Folded Forms: It is anticipated that the majority of the orders placed will be for approximately 3,800 to 50,000 copies. One order for approximately 1,600 copies and an occasional order for approximately 100,000 to 301,000 copies are also anticipated.

Saddle-Stitched publications: From 12 to 32 pages.
Folded Forms: Face and Back.

Saddle-Stitched products will be ordered in either Format A or Format B, and paid for in their respective "Format" classification as follows:

Format A: 4 x 9" up to and including 6-1/2 x 9-1/2".

Format B: Over 6-1/2 x 9-1/2" up to and including 8-1/2 x 11".

Folded Forms: 16 x 9" or 20 x 9" flat size - folding down to 4 x 9".
