05/18/2021 UPDATE - This project is changing to require Top Secret (TS) Facility & Personnel Security Clearances.  We are working on the Amendment A02 notice and will be posted this week.  The pre-qualification submission for this project is extended to be due on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
