SWEET HOME FIRE AND AMBULANCE DISTRICT SEISMIC RETROFIT OF THE EXISTING STATION 21 Proposals due 4:00 pm, April 14, 2021 NOTICE OF RFP Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District will be releasing a Request for Proposal utilizing a Construction Manag er/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing Station 21. All interested contractors are advised to attend a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for 11:00 AM on March 31, 2021 at Station 21, located at 1099 Long Street, Sweet Home, OR 97386. This meeting will include a familiarization tour of the subject building. Construction costs for this project shall not exceed $1,189,905.00. Proposals are due April 14, 2021 at 4:00 PM.
