LOOKINGGLASS RURAL FIRE DISTRICTSEISMIC RETROFIT OF THE EXISTING LOOKINGGLASS FIRE STATION Proposals Due 4:00 pm, March 15, 2023 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSLookingglass RFD will be releasing a Request for Proposal utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing Lookingglass Fire Station. All interested contractors are advised to attend a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Lookingglass Fire Station, 7173 Lookingglass Rd, Roseburg, OR 97471. This meeting will include a familiarization tour of the subject building. Construction costs for this project shall not exceed $2,050,450.00. The proposals are due on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 4:00 PM. A copy of the Request for Proposal can be picked up on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at ZCS Engineering & Architecture, 900 Klamath Ave., Klamath Falls, OR 97601.
