SWEET HOME SCHOOL DISTRICTSEISMIC REHABILITATION OF OAK HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY Proposals Due 2:00 pm, May 19, 2023 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSSweet Home School District (the "District") is seeking proposals from firms for the structural, mechanical and electrical design for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Oak Heights Elementary located at 605 Elm Street, Sweet Home, OR 97386. Oak Heights Elementary School is approximately 34,400 sq. ft. The building was primarily constructed during the 1950s. The District intends to use either the typical Design-Bid-Build procurement project delivery method or the CMGC procurement project delivery method for this project. Pre-Design/Schematic Design would begin immediately upon award and approval of the resulting design contract. Construction is anticipated to occur during the summer of 2024.
