The project is located at 365 Loar Rd SE, Silverton, OR 9738. Interested firms are advised to attend an Optional Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled for November 1, 2023 at 11:00am. Proposals shall be submitted by firms that comply with the qualifications outlined in the RFP document. All interested firms must submit a Proposal pursuant to the requirements set forth in the RFP document. Proposals shall be mailed to 612 Schlador Street, Silverton, OR 97381.
