This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Contractor should not include any pricing.
Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking potential sources that could provide Seer Software and Maintenance Platinum Service Coverage, to include emergency repairs. The Government does not own the Technical Data Rights. CC Software is the manufacturer of this software, CAGE, 06ES9, 8833 Redwood Road Suite B3, West Jordan, UT 84088-9285.
Seer Software and maintenance will be a firm-fixed requirements contract with a base year and four option years. Applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 7030. The Government anticipates using NAICS Code 541519 with the size standard of $27.5 Million. In addition, please provide a recommended NAICS Code, that your organization or company would use for this procurement.
Contractors will be required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
Businesses responding to this Sources Sought Notice must provide a Statement of Capabilities that is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the contractor's qualifications. Please provide the Statement to Ms. Michelle L. Fike, by 26 January 2017, 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
In addition, the following information is requested:
(1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address;
(2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.);
(3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) and PSC's your company usually performs under Government contracts;
(4) Past performance.

The Government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FedBizOps will not be made available.
