NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price service contract for maintenance and repair of serr software to CC Software, 8833 Redwood Road Suite B3, West Jordan, UT 84088-9285, CAGE Code 06ES9. The contract will be a base year with four option years. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis. Solicitation number W911N2-17-R-0027 will be released on or about May 15, 2017, with a closing date on or about May 30, 2017. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
