The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG)Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of the the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (DASA-CE) intends to award a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type contract for Army-wide support services for Software Evaluation and Estimation of Resources (SEER) software and licenses along with associated training and consulting support using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The anticipated ordering period will be five (5) years.

The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with Galorath Inc. 222 N. Pugliese Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245 under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
