The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Chittenden County, Vermont is interested in leasing approximately 3,666 rentable square feet of space with 22 available parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,505 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class and high quality office space.  The lease term requirement is for 10 years, 4 months firm and be fully serviced.  The area to be considered shall be enclosed within the city limits of Williston.  Office space located within the floodplain cannot be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.

The expression of interest must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on 9/17/16 and must include site address.  This is a Davis-Bacon Act Wage Rate Determination solicitation.


EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Building name, address and location of space in the building.
2. Rentable square feet offered and expected full service rate (specifying services and utilities included)
3. ANSI/BOMA (USF) office area square feet and the common area factor to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully-serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any.
4. Date of space availability
5. Method of rentable space measurement
6. Building ownership information
7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building
8. Amount of parking available on-site
9. Contact information for owners or authorizing agent
10. Other: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner.
