The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 12,409 rentable square feet to yield a minimum of 11,120/ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of fully serviced office space by the Lessor in the area of  Hato Rey, Puerto Rico in ready move in, quality finished condition, to be used as office space.  (Project No. 0PR2112).   The Lease term will be for eight years with three years firm term and must be located within the following boundaries:

 North:   Ave. Roosevelt and St. Road #23;

South:  At St. Rd. #17 and Jesus T. Pineiro Ave.

East:    Avenida Ponce de Leon and St. Road #25; and

West:   St. Road #18 and Las Americas Expressway

 This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations, security and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.

Proposals must be submitted in 2 separate envelopes, one clearly marked "technical proposal RFP 2025-44DPW" and one clearly marked "Price Proposal" . Proposals will be accepted until July 22, 2025 @ 2PM. Which will then be reviewed by a committee for the most Advantageous Proposal. The city reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. No electronic submissions allowed.
