The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 25,650 rentablr Square feet to yield a minimum of 23,500/ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of fully serviced office space by the Lessor, in ready move in condition, to be used as office space. (Project No. 3PR0059). The Lease term will be for 10 years, with five years firm term, sixty days cancellation right in whole or in part and must be located within the following boundaries:

North:  PR Road #2 to PR Road #22 to Kalaf Street to aterial B Avenue
East:  PR Road #25 Ponce de Leon Avenue to PR Road #1 to PR Rpad #52
South: PR Road #177, Lomas Verdes Avenue
West:  PR Road #20 Martinez Nadal Expressway to PR Road #2

This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Infoirmation received together with the cost of moving, telecommunications, alterations, security and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
