To the United States Government
The United States Government desires to lease, seeking expressions of interest, for approximately, 8,810 rentable square feet of office space within the following boundaries: West: Jefferson Street, East: Dearborn Street, North: Randolph Street, South: Van Buren Street, within the city of Chicago, Illinois
The space must be first class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must yield a minimum of 7,296 to a maximum of 7,661 occupiable space feet for the agency's personnel and equipment. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be contiguous, above street level, on one floor preferrably with two reserved parking spaces. Occupancy is desired by the Second quarter 2010 for a lease term of Ten years, Five year firm.
The General Services Administration is not using tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions at this time. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building ownership.
