The USDA Agricultural Research Service intends to award on a sole source basis the following requirement: TWO (2) SG2 DUAL CHAMBERED CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT SEED GERMINATION UNITS. The government intends to purchase these items from Hoffman Manufacturing, Inc., located in Jefferson, OR, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 as the sole manufacturer of identical units used for ongoing scientific research that is not permissive of differing conditions and specifications.  The proposed amount of the award is $33,834.00.

Potential sources who believe that they are able provide the item listed above are invited to submit substantiating documentation in writing by no later than COB, 09/23/2016.
