This contract is for maintenance and servicing of the physical access control and camera surveillance systems (if present) that are already installed and operational at the Wewoka Health Center Ok., Clinton Health Center Ok., the Haskell Health Center in Lawrence Ks. Pawnee Health Center Ok. and the Oklahoma City Area Office . The individual systems are a part of an enterprise system that is compliant with the strict requirement of the Homeland Security Presidential Directive - 12. This standard requires that the access control systems meet FIPS-201 requirements which are a part of the National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST). The systems in place meet all HSPD-12 requirements and must be service by a company that has the expertise, capability and authority to meet these specifications. The original access control system was installed as a result of competitive bid.
