The United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Devens has a requirement for Security Guard Services. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and supplies, except as specified in Solicitation W15QKN-18-R-1005 as Government furnished, to provide security guard services at the Barnes Building, 495 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210. The Contractor's performance shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as augmented for Barnes Building specific requirements. Army Regulation (AR) 190-56, The Army Civilian Police and Security Guard Program, dated 15 March 2013 is an attachment to the PWS. The anticipated period of performance shall be a 12 month base plus two option years.

This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants and will utilize NAICS Code 561612 with a size standard of $20.5 Million. Interested 8(a) participants are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as soon as possible, since it will be issued without further notice.
