The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and competent small businesses to submit offers for a Security Fence Installation Project at FAA's Seattle Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) facility locaed in Auburn, Washington.
Work includes, but is not limited to (contractor to furnish all materials and labor):
1) Installation of an 84" fence with 9 ga (0.148") chain link fabric and a 12" tall outrigger mounted on every post and angled at a 45 degree pitch that shall have 3 rows of barbed wire evenly spaced.
2) Install end post, in-line post, walk-thru and vehicular gates, and hardware.
3) Control of erosion and dewatering of trenches.
4) Demolition and disposal of excess materials and/or equipment as necessary for the new construction items.
5) Installation of grounding, bonding, and lightning protection.
6) Testing of earth electrode system (EES) once the grounding, bonding, and lightning protection is installed and connected to the existing EES with exothermic welds.

This project has been set aside for a small business based on the NAICS code for this project. NAICS code is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, which has a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
