Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellows Program (SDCFP), National Defense University and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a requirement to provide a ten-day customized training seminar to educate incoming officers on the strategic challenges facing DOD, emerging technologies, and related security issues. The previous award went to the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA), a non profit organization. If you feel you can provide these services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), please submit your proposal to the [email protected]. If no other offer is made, a sole source award SP4705-10-C-0009 will be made to CSBA. The period of performance will be for a 12 month base year plus four 12 month option periods.
