The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in providing the personal services under contract as described in this solicitation. Given the unique staffing requirements for operating in Afghanistan, program efficiencies and policy objectives can only be achieved by using a US/TCNPSC for this position.
