The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) requires a contractor to provide professional services to include providing materials, equipment, and labor to permanently seal off the lower 27.5 feet of the existing well used for domestic/commercial drinking water with an approved cementitious mixture using approved methods at the Wildlife Visitor Center located at Sinnemahoning State Park in Grove Township, Cameron County.
