Contractor will independently provide repair and preventative maintenance as well as software upgrades and
system moves for Government‐owned Seahorse Extracellular flux Analyzers. The equipment is located on NIH
main campus in Building 10, Rooms 2A10 and 2A19, Bethesda, Maryland. All maintenance services shall be
performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard commercial maintenance practices and will include
all components and sub‐components.
