- Description: This requirement is for one U.S. or foreign flag Tanker to be used during the underway phase of Exercise SEACAT 2021, 13 August 2021 to on or about 20 August 2021. The vessel will serve as a training platform to facilitate compliant boarding exercises in Southeast Asia. The laydays commence/cancel on 13 August 2021.
