The US Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1. , to SDL, Inc. of Wakefield, MA,  to provide XML Professional Publisher (XPP) Standalone Licensing, Annual Maintenance, configuration, administration and maintenance for XPUB System (formerly known as GPO’s Composition  System  Replacement (CSR Project).

SDL Inc is the developer, and sole proprietor of the XPP Software and the only vendor who provides licenses for XPP. The service includes software updates, maintenance and XXP Developer Support.
