This requirement is to provide SDDC GATES contract management, functional training, testing, and to support
but not limited to responding to functional questions/assistance related to GATES-Surface/Water actions. It
also requires GATES assistance with customer issues (helpdesk type function) and to provide
instruction/clarification to problem resolutions at any location worldwide.
This requirement also includes all aspects of GATES training to include designing, developing, implementation,
maintenance and training assistance for users worldwide. Types of GATES training shall include computer
based training (CBT), virtual training, in person training and to provide customer assistance with system
applications and support for GATES training. GATES is utilized worldwide in support of military operations,
reserve training and readiness for an estimated 2,500-account/user base and has 28 terminals located
worldwide.
