Provide all labor and materials to Install five (5) new 120V CCTV cameras, including pull boxes in the  SDC/LPMD areas &  three (3)  transmitter/receivers in SDC/LPMD, PAS and PMB treaty building areas in accordance with the Engineering work package & associated procurement documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Electrical:

The following steps will be performed by a WA Subcontractor.  On-site support for installation and check out of cameras will be provided by AES System Inc.:

•6.1.    Install one (1) new 03-CMO-CCTV-004 camera on the north side of the LPMD building 695

•6.2.    Install one (1) new 03-CMO-CCTV-005 camera at roof, south edge of LPMD building 695.

•6.3.    Install one (1) new 03-CMO-CCTV-001 camera in the inside the SDC structure (South Wall).

•6.4.    Install one (1) new 03-CMO-CCTV-002 camera in the inside the SDC structure (NW corner).

•6.5.    Install one (1) new 03-CMO-CCTV-003 camera at NW corner of outside the SDC structure.

•6.6.    Install one (1) new 03-SDC-RECV-900-SC transmitter/receiver (Model # FM1100E-HW) at NE corner of the loading dock roof of LPMD building 695.

•6.7.    Install one (1) new 03-SDC-RECV-901-SC transmitter/receiver (Model # FM2200E-D) at plant SE corner of the enclosed portion of the ANCDF PAS structure.

•6.8.    Install one (1) new 03-SDC-RECV-902-SC transmitter/receiver (Model # FM1100E-HW) at plant East wall of ANCDF treaty compliance building. Note: Refer to Sketch No. SK02-AN-150-G-9001-SC for CCTV locations and tag numbers

•6.9.    Install one (1) new 8 channel recorder, one(1) new plug in power supply, one (1) new LCD monitor W/keyboard & pointing device in NE corner of  back filter room.

•6.10Mount 12" X 12" X 8" pull box on the LPMD building 695.

•6.10. Install one (1) new video client workstation, one (1) new wall mount LCD monitor & one (1) new plug in power supply in the existing ANCDF treaty building.

•6.11. Install one (1) new 20A, 120V, 1-pole circuit breaker on space 34 in the existing SUB-LU UPS panel located in the LPMD building 695 electrical room.

•6.12. Install  ¾" rigid conduits from the digital video recorder located in the back filter room to SDC-RECV-900-SC transmitter/ receiver located at NE corner of the loading dock roof of LPMD building 695.

•6.13. Install a 1 ½" rigid conduit from the digital video recorder located in back filter room to the pull box.

•6.14. Install a ¾" rigid conduit from the pull box to new 03-CMO-CCTV-004 camera.

•6.15. Install a ¾" rigid conduit from the pull box to new 03-CMO-CCTV-005 camera.

•6.16. Install a 1" rigid conduit from the pull box to new 03-CMO-CCTV-001, 03-CMO-CCTV-002, 03-CMO-CCTV-003 cameras. Note: A maximum of 3-ft 3/4"flexible liquid tight (PVC type) conduit shall be secured to the unit.

•6.17. Install a ¾" rigid conduit from the digital video recorder located in PMB treaty building to SDC-RECV-902-SC transmitter/ receiver located at East wall of ANCDF treaty compliance building.

•6.18. Install a ¾" rigid conduit from the UPS-PANB-905-SC panel located outside the monitor house 75-261 to SDC-RECV-901-SC transmitter/ receiver located at plant SE corner of the enclosed portion of the ANCDF PAS structure.

•6.19. An Excavation Permit is not required for this work. The area is busy with below ground utilities; ensure earth penetration is no more then 6".

•6.20. Whenever conduits are buried PVC coated conduit or non-metallic conduit shall be used and excavation depths shall be in accordance with NEC 300.5 (A).

•6.21. Apply Lockout/Tag-outs to circuit 34 for cameras located in the SUB-LU UPS panel and circuit 20 for transmitter located in the UPS-PANB-905-SC panel, to ensure that all energy sources are removed for equipment that is to be worked on in accordance with WA procedure SAF-2.25.

•6.22. Install 3-1/C #10 AWG Cu XHHW-2 (1-H, 1-N, 1G) in 3/4-inch conduit from circuit 34 located in the existing SUB-LU UPS panel to the new 03-CMO-CCTV-001, 002, 003, 004 & 005 cameras.

•6.23. Install five (5) RG-6/U coax cable and five (5) 18 AWG TSP cable in 1 1/2" conduit from the new digital video recorder to the new pull box.

•6.24. Install one (1) RG-6/U coax cable and one (1)18 AWG TSP cable in ¾" conduit from pull box to 03-CMO-CCTV-004 camera.

•6.25. Install one (1) RG-6/U coax cable and one (1)18 AWG TSP cable in ¾" conduit from pull box to 03-CMO-CCTV-005 camera.

•6.26. Install one (3) RG-6/U coax cable and three (3) #18 AWG TSP cable in 1" conduit from pull box to 03-CMO-CCTV-001, 002 and 003 cameras.

•6.27. Install CAT-6 cable in ¾" conduit from recorder to 03-SDC-RECV-900-SC transmitter/ receiver.

•6.28. Install 18 AWG TSP cable in ¾" conduit from plug in power supply to 03-SDC-RECV-900-SC transmitter/ receiver.

•6.29. Install CAT-6 cable in ¾" conduit from recorder to 03-SDC-RECV-902-SC transmitter/ receiver.

•6.30. Install 18 AWG TSP cable in ¾" conduit from plug in power supply to 03-SDC-RECV-902-SC transmitter/ receiver.

•6.31. Install 3-1/C #10 AWG Cu XHHW-2 (1-H, 1-N, 1G) in 3/4-inch conduit from circuit 20 located in the UPS-PANB-905-SC panel to 03-SDC-RECV-901-SC transmitter/receiver located at plant SE corner of the enclosed portion of the ANCDF PAS structure.

•6.32. Conductors shall be color coded or identified with phase tape as follows:

•6.33. Label the new CCTV camera pull box as "03-CMO-CCTV-001, 002, 003, 004 & 005 pull box".

•6.34. Tag the new CCTV cameras as "03-CMO-CCTV-001" "03-CMO-CCTV-002" "03-CMO-CCTV-003" "03-CMO-CCTV-004" "03-CMO-CCTV-005".

•6.35. Label the new transmitter/receiver as "03-SDC-RECV-900-SC", 03-SDC-RECV-901-SC" and 03-SDC-RECV-902-SC".

•6.36. Install CCTV camera identification tags with the component indices as denoted.  Identification tags shall meet the following:

•6.32.1   Size: 1" x 3-1/4".

•6.32.2   Material: Type 316 Stainless Steel, 1/32" thick, minimum.

•6.32.3   Rounded edges, no burrs.

•6.32.4   Letters: 3/16" height condensed Gothic engraved or stamped (0.012" deep).

•6.32.5   Installation wire: Stainless Steel, 0.030" diameter.

•6.37. Label for pull box and transmitter/receiver shall be a 3" x 4" Phenolic tag, white with black letters 3/16" in height and of sufficient size to contain required information.

•6.38. All penetrations shall be sealed. A sealing material such as "Fire Foam " should be employed.

•6.39. After job has been completed, remove the LO/TO.

•6.40. AES will assist in final installation and tie in, testing, programming and training.
