Provide all labor, equipment and materials (identified as subcontractor) in accordance with this document and the SDC Automation System Engineering Work Package (EWP # AN-1715-SDC/Work Order # 265949).  The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:  

SDC-CABT-900-SC PLC cabinet work:

•1.       Provide all material identified as "subcontractor" on the EWP and drawings.

•2.       Layout subpanel and mount wireway and DIN rail on subpanel.

•3.       Install the subpanel in the enclosure.

•4.       Install the enclosure in the SDC Monitoring House.

•5.       Install the PLC CONTROLLOGIX chassis (provided by WA) in the enclosure.

•6.       Install all DIN rail components in the enclosure.

•7.       Install 120VAC wiring in the enclosure.

•8.       Install jumpers in the enclosure.

•9.       Install 24VDC wiring in the enclosure

•10.   Install cables between the I/O modules and the interface modules.

•11.   Install cables between the I/O modules and the relays.

•12.   Install fuses in fuse blocks and analog interface modules.

•13.   Install conduit and wiring between the PLC cabinet and the circuit breaker panel.

Communication cabinet work:

•14.   Install communication cabinet (provided by WA) in the SDC Monitoring House.

•15.   Install conduit, as needed, between the LPMD (building 695) electrical room and the SDC Monitoring house.

•16.   Install conduit, as needed, between the SDC Monitoring House and the SDC control room.

•17.   Pull communication cables (network fiber, telephone cable, etc. - provided by WA) between the LPMD (building 695) electrical room and the SDC Monitoring house.

•18.   Pull communication cables (network fiber, telephone cable, etc. - provided by WA) between the SDC Monitoring House and the SDC control room.
