Provide all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with this document, "Agent Monitoring for SDC" Engineering Work Package, and the Special Conditions.  The scope of work includes, but is not limited:

Mechanical:

•1.       Provide and fabricate steel support racks for the gas changeover stations.

•2.       Install monitor carts.  Monitor carts are provided by others.

•3.       Provide SDC Stack DAAMS cabinet.

•4.       Provide and fabricate gas changeover stations.

•5.       Fabricate and install new stack nozzles.

•6.       Provide and install probe sleeves at the stack nozzles and the filter units.

Piping:

•1.       Provide and install gas and air piping, tubing, fittings and valves for gas distribution system.

Electrical and Instrumentation:

•1.       Provide and install new electrical wire, conduit, and equipment for the gas changeover station alarm system.

•2.       Provide and install new electrical wire, conduit, tubing, and heat trace for agent monitoring sample lines.

•3.       Provide and install field terminal boxes, conduit and wiring for interconnection of the agent monitors with the SDC programmable logic controller (PLC).  The PLC is installed by others.

General:

•1.       Perform all testing and inspections to ensure that the final installation performs as designed.
