The contractor is required to provide all management, labor, material, Medical & Dental Equipment and supplies for conducting exams onsite. The contractor is required to be HIPPA qualified and enter assessment data (CACC Access) into MEDPROs & DENCLASS.

The Government will evaluate according to Clause 52.212-2 in the Solicitation. The contractor will send in items listed in this clause.

No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation of affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Experience or knowledge completing Military Medical & Dental Exams is required.

Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration process prior to award of contract. The applicable NAICS is 621399 for Miscellaneous Health Services.
