The Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) all labor, maintenance, travel and per diem, parts, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to provide Removal, Purchase, and installation services of the Oxygen Manifold Unit at High Desert State Prison (HDSP) at 475-750 Rice Canyon Rd., Susanville, CA 96127.
