Pearl Harbor Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a contract to Cepeda Associates, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer, to inspect, maintain, and repair #1 and #2 scrubbers and #1 and #2 burners onboard naval 688 class submarines. Cepeda Associates has been found to be the only vendor that can perform this type of work onboard naval 688 class submarines while meeting the military/Navy's standards. Cepeda Associates has never released this proprietary information to anyone, including the Government.
