The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) to CEPEDA Associates, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform pier-side intrusive material inspections of CO2 Removal Units, Scrubber No. 1, Scrubber No. 2, and CO H2 removal units, Burner No. 1 and Burner No. 2 onboard a Virginia-class submarine and a Los Angeles-class submarine.

Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05, DFARS DPN 20200408, and NMCARS.18-10.

CLIN Structure:

0001 – FFP CLIN - USS Hawaii Scrubber & Burner Inspection - Inspection, Test and Report of Scrubber No. 1, Scrubber No. 2, Burner No. 1 and Burner No. 2.

0002 – FFP CLIN - USS Topeka Scrubber & Burner Inspection - Inspection, Test and Report of Scrubber No. 1, Scrubber No. 2, Burner No. 1 and Burner No. 2.

The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted no later than 16 APR 2020, 1400 HST.

Quotes are due to this office no later than 20 APR 2019, 1500 HST.
