Scripps Institute of Oceanography North Power Conversion: The project includes approximately 500 ft of 15kV cables spliced into two (2) 12kV circuits at an existing Electrical Manhole on La Jolla Shores (EMH E-10-12) and terminated into a new SF6 Switch to provide campus power to the North area of SIO, which has been supported by SDG&E. The project’s scope also includes the installation of an SF6 Switch and medium voltage transformer.
