The Screven County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable vendors for the repair of the building and renovation and upgrade to the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System at the Screven County Public Library, 106 S. Community Drive, Sylvania, GA 30467. The successful vendor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing equipment, providing any new equipment, and all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work as further described in the Scope of Work.
