This solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) 7920-00-045-2556 - Scraper & Squeegee, Vehicle, Window under a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA).  Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of this NSN.  Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation.  Award will be made in the aggregate (per Group) to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government utilizing the following evaluation factors: technical acceptability, and price. Period of performance is for 2 years not to exceed 5-years or $150,000.
