This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-20-Q-0007 for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2020-02 (23 Dec 2019). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Chemical Biological Center (CCDC) for Brand Name only Qty 1 FirstDefender RMX S1 and Qty 1TruDefender FTX S1 Scientific Equipment.

EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: Vendors shall be evaluated based on the proposals that are the Lowest PriceTechnically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government.  This solicitation is unrestricted full and open competition,  The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 334516 and the Business Size Standard is 1000. Contractor shall provide a unit price for each of the items listed.
