The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of ScienceDirect online services to provide access to 3 subject collections of choice (Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Pharmacology) for the period of 05/01/2011 - 12/31/2011.  Line Item 0001 - Access to unique titles in the Biochemistry collection, Line Item 0002 - Access to unique titles in the Chemistry collection, Line Item 0003 - Access to unique titles in the Pharmacology collection.  This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to Elsevier B.V., in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  Elsevier B.V. is the sole provider of ScienceDirect online services.  The Government anticipates award of a single, firm fixed price purchase order to responsive, responsible offeror providing the best value to the Government.  All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated.  Responses shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 10:00am EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
